Office Closure 12/24/2025 - 12/26/2025
In observance of Christmas, our office will be closed Wednesday, December 24th through Friday, December 26th. We will resume normal business hours on Monday, December 29th. The office will be closed again on Thursday, January 1sr, in observance of New Year's Day. Have a Happy and Safe Holiday with Family, Friends and Loved Ones.
Next-Action Date for Series-In-Process Requirements 09/24/2025
Due to extensive confusion surrounding series-in-process documents automatically updating to "not approved" when new documenation is not uploaded, Viewpoint Screening will no longer set a next-action date by default for vaccination submissions. Any document marked as series-in-process will retain that status until a new document is provided.
If your program wishes to have next-action dates set for series-in-process situations, an update must be made to the guidelines in your RADD. To opt in, please send an email to RADD@viewpointscreening.com.
Separation of Background Check and Drug Test Results 3rd Quarter 2025
Viewpoint Screening is creating a system to separate how results for background checks and drug tests are reported. Currently, an order displays as pending if the drug test is incomplete, even if the background check results have been returned. With this change, under the same order, background checks will display as complete and only the drug test will display as pending, if applicable. We hope that this update will benefit all clients when it comes to organization and determining the compliance of students.
What did I order? 1st-2nd Quarter 2025
We are working on a feature for student order pages that will allow individuals to quickly check which service(s) they have already ordered. This information can already be obtained by logging in, but we wanted to make a quicker process on the fly. We hope this feature will help prevent students from placing erroneous orders.
