Online Billing 03/26/2024
For accounts that receive invoices, all transactions are now available online. Details include dates of invoices and payments, due dates, current balance, and all payment statuses. The current billing contact name is also listed. If your billing contact needs to be changed, please alert your account manager right away.
Requests 01/12/2024
On the left side of the screen, we have added an option so you can make certain requests online. These requests currently include moving the data of a student and extending a drug test registration deadline. These requests will typically be processed and completed within one hour, during regular business hours.
Background Check Turnaround Time March 2024
Viewpoint Screening has worked to implement a better and more effective process for conducting background checks. Many aspects of our internal workflows will now be automated, which will lead to results being completed considerably faster. Preparations have been under way for the past several months. You will notice accelerated turnaround times starting in March, 2024.
