These instructions must be followed exactly in order to have your fingerprinting performed correctly.

1. Go to the website: www.identogo.com

      - click on "Get Fingerprinted"
      - select Michigan from the dropdown menu
      - click on "Digital Fingerprinting"
      - select the correct Live Scan option; "Register for In-State Digital Fingerprinting Services" or "Register for Out-of-State Digital Fingerprinting Services"

2. Enter agency/requester id: 1192J

3. Select NCPA/VCA - Child Protection Volunteer (PL 105-251) for the fingerprint reason

4. Continue the registration process by entering your zip code to determine the closest fingerprinting location. A list of nearby site locations will populate and you can select a day and time that works for your schedule.

5. Fill out the applicant information requested and click Submit. If all information appears correct, click Go.

6. PAYMENT You will make payment for your fingerprint at your appointment. You will be able to pay by credit card, a certified check or money order.

7. You must bring this Live Scan Fingerprint Background Check Request form. Also, remember to bring your registration information with you, as well as a valid photo ID, to the fingerprinting appointment or you will not be fingerprinted.
